Tallas Sandy of Wednesday Born Bodywork is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist and Forest Therapy Guide based in Esopus, NY, serving the Mid-Hudson Valley. Her work is rooted in the understanding that chronic tension and stress imprint deeply in the body over time.
Tallas offers slow, attentive sessions that support nervous system regulation and the release of long-held holding patterns. Her approach is collaborative and paced, emphasizing clear communication, respect for boundaries, and sustained change rather than quick fixes.
Inspired by early experiences with craniosacral therapy, international study of bodywork traditions, and a lifelong connection to the forests of her bioregion, Tallas integrates table work and guided time in nature to help clients feel more grounded, regulated, and at home in their bodies.
Her practice is built on integrity, curiosity, and a commitment to ongoing learning — offering care that supports both physical relief and deeper reconnection.
